TSI is an advertising company that does extensive advertising to drive buyers/renters to our website, call us by phone, or walk inside our office to view our inventory. TSI does not specifically advertise your property other than on our website. Your advertisement is on the TSI website, but not specifically on the companies national and international advertising materials.
We presently have our main office located in Gainesville, Florida. In this office, guests can view videos, read printed material, and view our online inventory. Our sellers’ vacation property ads are available to be viewed on our website at our location and we have access to the RCI and II websites available for those who are interested in more information on timeshares in general.
All pricing decisions are the sole responsibility of the advertiser. Any figures given to an advertiser by an employee of TSI are averages based on actual advertised prices or actual completed sales and rentals. These figures are given to assist the owner in the advertisement pricing decision. The advertiser can make whatever use of this information they like. Advertisers may adjust their asking price anytime for no charge. We strongly encourage all advertisers to market their property at the fairest or lowest price possible to help ensure success.
TSI isn't affiliated with your resort or any third party organization. TSI doesn't take part in any negotiation for sale or rental of an advertisement. Advertisers negotiate directly with the potential buyer or renter unless they have designated a broker to assist them with the negotiation.
If applicable, our lawyer will assist an advertiser in the process of transferring their ownership or their rental transaction.
